Hey everyone. First I would like to give a shout out to all my viewers and a special shout out to all those who showed me love and paid the $5 access fee to become subscribers of my website and help raise funds for my mission. Thanks for you interest and wanting to hear me out on the whole truth that I give and thanks for your support so I can make happen the things that I say I AM and I'm going to with O.U.R. I appreciate the love, your support, and your willingness to give me the chance to show and prove myself to you that I Am who I say I Am which time will tell the story of.

Now moving right along this week's blog post is to let you know a little about O.U.R's structure, its bylaws, and its charter. As for its structure O.U.R is a sole member international non-profit and for profit organization with 9 non-profit subsidiaries. Normally a non-profit has a board of directors. But at the present time O.U.R has no board of directors, bylaws, and charter on record. As the founder and director I chose to establish it as a sole member and macro manage it myself until I have it structured the way I want it to be. This is because a lot of the things that I will be doing and how I want them done will not be done in a general way and some of the things will be beyond board members and lawyers comprehension because what I'm doing is under providence (divine charge, supervision, and assistance) and I will be applying the Principle of Cause and Effect, which is the 6th of the Seven Principles of Truth that govern the entire universe explained in my book The Kybalion Reconciled, in making things happen. So I will be abstract in some of my thinking, ways, and means and some of the things I will be thinking and doing will be outside the box setting business and legal precedent for future social enterprise entrepreneurs and world leaders. So to avoid arguing, conflict, bickering, and plots to overthrow and remove me from office I chose to do it that way as sole member. As for the bylaws and charter I have written up a draft with a limited amendment clause. Once they are ironed out and went over by a non profit lawyer they will be made official and formal and will be posted on my website to be made available for your review. To insure the continuous running, growth, and advancement of O.U.R it will be placed in a trust, meaning that in the possible event something was to happen to me it will have to be ran by all subsequent presidents and board of directors in the manner in which I laid it out. Once this is done a board of directors will be elected to take over operations.
